Evonik’s Vestamin IPD is a cycloaliphatic diamine hardener, based on isophorene chemistry. It is a colorless liquid with low viscosity and low amino odor. Vestamin IPD hardener can be used in all common amine reactions, such as reactions with carboxylic acid, phosgene, aldehydes, ketones and epoxies. This product can be dissolved at room temperature with a wide range of compounds such as water, alcohols, esters and ethers, ketones and with many aliphatics.
